Jeff Rubin Speaks
When I was an energy security professional (one of only 20 or so in the world) I was asked to come up with a list prospective speakers to invite to a roundtable discussion.
Roubini, Kunstler, Tainter, Robb, Vail, Homer-Dixon were all on the list. Needless to say, there aren’t enough DC insiders on that list to make the discussion a complete waste of time, so my list was summarily thrown out, as, eventually, was I

Jeff Rubin was on the list as well. Very smart guy, formerly of CIBC, who did a hell of a job narrating the kickoff of D2 (global contraction/ reversing globalization).
