Updated: Bobbitt At Columbia
I know Bobbitt was at Columbia for the spring semester as a visiting professor. Looks like Philip Bobbitt may have permanently left UT for Columbia as of the first of this month.
Just got word from his assistant:
Professor Bobbitt is full-time at Columbia where he will be a professor of law and director of the Center for National Security but he retains an affiliation with the University of Texas as Senior Fellow at the Robert Strauss Center for Law and International Security where he will spend some months each year
