Hat-tip to Atanu Dey. Atanu’s an incredibly smart guy with a big idea (DOC) on development.
I was slated to meet with him while in Mumbai in early July but, due to an unfortunate combination of rain and infrastructure, I wasn’t able to travel south from Thane in the northeast realm of the city and the meeting fell through.
He’s got a great piece in the new issue of Pragati (PDF) on solar energy. Currently working on a writeup for NR.
