…it would help to know if your representative and senators voted for H.R. 3808 “Interstate Recognition of Notarizations Act of 2010.” This bill, cosponsored by Aderholt, Braley, Castle, and Davis, (each a conduit for $$$ from a different industry) would have forced courts to recognize MERS (the mortgage repository that has enabled untold billions in mortgage fraud) across state borders.
