MouseTrap Security

Watched a cartoon last night. Had a great lesson in tightly wound (ultralinear) security systems.

The owner of the house, in an effort to rid the place of Jerry the mouse, has placed mousetraps everywhere with huge hunks of beautiful cheese in them. Unfortunately for her, Jerry has mastered the art of springing these traps with a stick (with no risk to self) and retrieves the cheese undeterred. In fact, he has the run of the place – wandering around and retrieving items from the dining table… reducing the owner of the house to jumping on the coffee table screaming as he goes about his business.

Now consider the incident in Newark.
